GETTING STARTED

Email (info@athomepsych.com) or call (12406730250) to schedule an initial evaluation

After your initial appointment is scheduled, you'll receive an email to set-up your Luminello account, where you can fill out paperwork, set-up future appointments, and submit payment.

Complete new patient paperwork under the "documents" section of your Luminello account. All new patient paperwork must be completed prior to your first appointment or your appointment will be cancelled.
4.
Submit payment for your appointment through Luminello. Payment is required before appointment.

TELEPSYCHIATRY:
Telepsych appointments will be conducted using Doxy.me. 15 minutes prior to your appointment, click the link below to enter the virtual waiting room using any device with a camera & microphone. At the time of your appointment, Kate will connect with you.
IN PERSON:
All in-person appointments will be conducted at our Bethesda office just two blocks from the Bethesda metro. There are several paid parking garages and street parking available close by.
When you check-in, please let the staff know you are there to see Kate or At Home Psychiatric Care. While you wait for your appointment, help your self to free coffee, tea or water in the community area.
